Jacques Delmoitiez BASF has named Jacques Delmoitiez president/European division, effective October 1. Delmoitiez, currently president/catalysts, will be based in Brussels. He replaces Walter Seufert, who is retiring. Wayne Smith, currently president/catalysts, will take over as president/polyurethanes on September 1.
