Potash Corporation has named David Delaney v.p. and COO, replacing Jim Dietz, who will retire at the end of June. Delaney has been promoted from his current role as president/PCS sales, where he is responsible for the company’s global sales. Stephen Dowdle, who is currently senior v.p./fertilizer sales, will replace Delaney as president/PCS sales. Avery Dennison has named Mitchell Butier CFO, effective June 1.
