A. Schulman has named R.J. Schoger manager/financial reporting. He replaces Malia Gelfo, who has been promoted to assistant corporate controller. Schoger was most recently a senior auditor for Ernst & Young. Gelfo joined Schulman in 2004, and was previously a senior auditor for Ernst & Young. Linde has named Steve Penn global head/merchant and packaged gases. Penn was most recently head/global bulk products and helium in the company’s merchant packaged gases unit.
