ConocoPhillips has made two senior management changes and appointed a new outside director. Robert Herman, president/Europe refining, marketing and transportation, has been appointed v.p./health, safety and environment. He replaces Bob Ridge, who is retiring after 31 years with the company. Meanwhile, Larry Ziemba, currently president/U.S. refining, has been named president/global refining.
