ACC has named Walter Moore v.p./federal affairs. Moore was most recently responsible for government relations at Genentech, and previously held positions at the American Hospital Association, Eli Lilly, and Pfizer. Frank Reiner has been appointed president of The Chlorine Institute. The appointment will take effect on June 14, allowing for a transition following the retirement of current president Arthur Dungan on July 31.
