BASF has named Harald Pflanzl head of the company’s automotive coatings refinish business unit in Europe. Pflanzl succeeds Christoph Hansen, who was named head of the company’s dispersions for adhesives and construction unit in Europe. Harald Pflanzl Vipul Shah has been the named president, Southeast Asia and India/Pakistan at Dow Chemical.
