Tessenderlo Group has elected Frank Coenen CEO. He joined the company in 2006 as director/chemicals, and became COO last year. Prior to joining Tessenderlo, he served in senior management positions at Cytec Industries and UCB. Coenen succeeds Gérard Marchand, who will continue as chairman of the board.
