Marty Durbin has left his post as ACC’s v.p./federal affairs to become executive v.p./government affairs at the American Petroleum Institute, which is headed by former ACC president and CEO Jack Gerard. Prior to his most recent post at ACC, Durbin had been director/federal and international affairs at the American Plastics Council (APC) for seven years, coming to ACC when it merged with APC in 2001.
