Nova Chemicals has appointed Gerhard Rois s as chairman and Mohamed Al Mehairi as vice chairman of its board of directors. Roiss is deputy chairman of the executive board of OMV and chairman of Borealis’s supervisory board. Al Mehairi is director/investments of International Petroleum Investment Co. and member of Borealis’s supervisory board.
