PPG Industries has appointed Patrick Kenny v.p./corporate marketing. Kenny is currently general manager/corporate marketing and construction markets. PPG has also named Richard Beuke v.p./silica products. Beuke is currently v.p./growth initiatives. Both appointments are effective November 1. Dow Chemical has named Javier Constante director/basic plastics in Latin America. He replaces Diego Donoso, who has been named president/Japan and South Korea.
