Amyris has named Steven Mills CFO, effective May 2. Mills replaces Jeryl Hilleman, who is leaving the company. Mills was most recently senior executive v.p./performance and growth at Archer Daniels Midland, a role he held since 2010. He joined Archer Daniels Midland in 1979, and served as the company’s CFO from 2008 to 2010. Airgas has named Doug Sherman v.p./communications.
