Key Changes

Chevron Phillips Chemical has announced three senior management changes. Greg Wagner has been named v.p./human resources, replacing Chantal Veeyaete, who has been named to the executive team of Phillips 66, the independent downstream firm. Wagner was most recently v.p./human resources, downstream and chemicals. Trevor Roberts has been named interim CFO, replacing Greg Maxwell, who will also join the executive leadership of Phillips 66.
