North American propylene contracts for March settled at an increase of 5cts/lb, driven by tight supply, market sources say. The settlements put chemical-grade propylene at 67 cts/lb and polymer-grade propylene at 68.5 cts/lb. Tight propylene supply also drove spot material higher by about 2 cts/lb. Meanwhile, March butadiene contracts have also settled, increasing 6 cts/lb, to 76 cts/lb. Tight supply and firm demand pushed spot material up about 5 cts/lb...
