Ethane fell about 5 cts/gal while naptha and propane each lost a penny. butane, however, added about 1 ct/gal. U.S. olefins were active, as spot ethylene ticked up by about 1.5 cts/lb and both grades of spot propylene gained about 3 cts/lb. December propylene contracts settled at a gain of 4.5 cts/lb. Spot butadiene fell about 2 cts/lb, while December contracts settled lower by 2.5 cts/lb, to 65.5 cts/lb, marking the first time contracts have declined in nine months. In Europe, spot ethylene...
