North American feedstocks tumbled last week on lower crude oil prices. Ethane fell about 5 cts/gal while naptha and propane each lost a penny. butane, however, added about 1 ct/gal. U.S. olefins were active, as spot ethylene ticked up by about 1.5 cts/lb and both grades of spot propylene gained about 3 cts/lb. December propylene contracts settled at a gain of 4.5 cts/lb.
