Flat crude oil prices left North American feedstocks relatively stable this week. ethane and naphtha were both unchanged, while propane and butane each lost 1 ct/gal. Spot ethylene in North America gained about 2 cts/lb on the low end of its trading range. Spot propylene was stable, in line with November contract prices, players say.
