Naphtha lost about 1 cts/gal. Among U.S. olefins, spot ethylene ticked up about 1 ct/lb, while spot propylene lost about 2 cts/lb. It is likely that there will be a three-month ethylene contract settlement, market players say. Narrowing ranges prevailed in European spot olefins, as both ethylene and propylene gained an average of €10/m.t. Butadiene was the exception, soaring $100/m.t. Speculation about the U.S. imposed...
