Sharp drops in crude oil and natural gas prices led petrochemical prices lower last week, but trading was reported to be subdued in North America due to the holiday, market sources say. West Texas Intermediate crude oil slumped $6.96/bbl, to $62.93/bbl, while Brent crude slipped $8.36/bbl, to $61.72/bbl. Natural gas on the Henry Hub Index deflated 40 cts/million Btu to $3.30/million Btu. North American feedstock prices continued to decline off of lower crude oil prices. Naphtha lost about 6 cts/gal, ethane slipped 4 cts/gal, propane fell 13 cts/gal and butane...
