West Texas Intermediate crude slipped $5.28/bbl and Brent crude slid $2.78/bbl, both settling at $48.20/bbl. Natural gas on the Henry Hub Index deflated by 50 cts, to $3.59/million Btu. In North America, propane fell about 4 cts/gal. Spot ethylene was flat, while the March contract remains unsettled. Spot propylene lost about 2 cts/lb for chemical grade and about 3 cts/lb for polymer grade. Spot butadiene lost 3 cts/lb. In Europe, spot naphtha declined...
