WTI gained more than $4.50, to almost $50/bbl, while Brent gained more than $3, to $46.77/bbl. Natural gas on the Henry Hub Index dropped a dime to $3.78/million Btu. Spot naphtha in Europe rose by $35/m.t. That rise ate into olefins margins, where markets were flat and prices remained level, market sources say.
