U.S. naphtha eased a dime on lower crude. Spot ethylene was quiet as strong demand was offset by the restart of Flint Hills’ Port Arthur, TX cracker. U.S. spot butadiene prices eased to 50 cts-51 cts/lb as an outage at a major consumer increased supply, market sources say. Polymer grade spot propylene rose to 60 cts-61 cts/lb on delayed cracker restarts, market sources say.
