Market watchers say it was as if players were resting between the flurry of September contract settlements and fourth-quarter discussions that will begin in earnest this week. European spot naphtha eased lower by €10/m.t., in line with seasonal softening in motor fuels, while U.S. naptha was reported 3 cts down. Aromatics were calm last week.
