Prices continued to slide last week, with many petrochemicals down 20%-30% and some even harder-hit. Demand has disappeared for crude oil and on down the value chain, sources say. West Texas Intermediate lost a quarter of its value, $22.62/bbl, heading down to $67.44/bbl. Natural gas spot prices had already tumbled to near production values, and so were unchanged at $6.76/million Btu.
