West Texas Intermediate gained $3.57, to $93.59/bbl. Brent crude kept pace rising $3.13, to $92.72. Cold weather battered most of North America, driving natural gas prices 83 cts higher. U.S. spot ethylene prices continued to tumble, losing another penny on concerns about downstream demand. Spot ethylene has lost 7 cts/lb since January, and producers have nominated a 4 cts/lb increase for February contracts, sources say. U.S. propylene contracts eased 2 cts/lb for February...
