Washington: Tracking TSCA, IRIS, and Fracking

ACC’s priorities in Washington this year include work on legislation for revising the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and improvements to the U.S. EPA’s Integrated Risk Information System (IRIS). Industry will also continue to monitor energy-related regulations and legislation, including efforts on hydraulic fracturing.
