U.S. Industry’s Priority: Check the Spread of Reach

upcoming implementation of the European Union’s Registration, Evaluation, and Authorisation of Chemicals (Reach) program has some industry executives concerned that U.S. lawmakers will turn their attention toward amending the 1976 Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA).
