Specialties: Restocking Drives Growth

Specialty chemical makers are cautious but say they expect demand to improve compared to 2009. Customers, especially those exposed to consumer markets, have completed or are nearly finished destocking their inventories, which will most likely result in increased demand this year, producers say.
