Pemex Plagued by NGL Smuggling Rings

Pemex, Mexico’s state-owned oil company, has struggled to combat stolen natural gas liquids (NGL) condensate at its production sites across the country. Criminal gangs have been siphoning gasoline, diesel and NGL condensate off of Pemex’s pipelines, netting millions, the company says.
