Japan: Exports Offset Weaknesses

Recovery for Japan, and its chemical makers, continues to be driven by exports. Japan’s chemical shipments are expected to grow 3.5% in 2011, according to ACC. Chemical shipments are likely to exceed GDP due to strong exports.
