Firms to Send More Back Office Jobs to Emerging Regions

Companies are significantly increasing the movement of back office work, including accounting and human resources, to emerging regions, especially India, to save costs, analysts say. Many of the jobs will be done by IT-outsourcing or business process outsourcing (BPO) vendors, or through company-owned captive shared-service centers.
