Schulman CEO to Retire; Investor Group Withdraws Board Nominees

Schulman says that Terry L. Haines, its chairman, president, and CEO, will retire from the company by March 1, 2008. The company says it has already “identified a highly qualified candidate” with whom it is currently in negotiations.
