Schering Comes under the Bayer Umbrella

Schering has officially changed its name to Bayer Schering Pharma and become a division of Bayer HealthCare. Bayer acquired Schering last year for €16.9 billion ($22.3 billion) to become Germany’s biggest pharmaceuticals manufacturer.
