Gurit's third-quarter sales fall 17% YOY but rise 11% sequentially

Gurit (Zürich) has posted a 16.8% drop in sales, to 76.1 million Swiss francs ($83.4 million), in third-quarter of 2013 compared with SF91.5 million in the year-ago period. Profitability figures have not been released. The company says it is "continuing its recovery after the disappointing first six months and grew its overall sales in third-quarter 2013 by 10.6% over the preceding quarter."
