Bunge-Diversa Link in Enzyme Deal

Bunge Oils and Diversa say they have formed a partnership to discover and develop novel enzymes for use in the production of edible oils that have enhanced nutritional or health benefits. Under the alliance, Diversa is responsible for discovering, optimizing, and manufacturing enzymes, while Bunge will commercialize oils using new enzyme-enabled processes.
