Akzo Sets Time Table for ICI Deal

Akzo Nobel has provided a timetable for its proposed cash offer to buy ICI. Akzo says it intends to post its Shareholder Circular on October 1, 2007. In addition, the company will hold an analyst and media day in London on October 8, followed by a similar event in New York on October 9.
