Air Products to Acquire Polish Industrial Gas Assets from Linde

Air Products says it has reached a definitive agreement with Linde to acquire BOC’s former industrial gases business in Poland for €370 million ($481 million). Linde will maintain the Polish-based gases businesses it owned prior to its 2006 BOC purchase.
