Air Products Buys Out Malaysian JV

Air Products says it purchased the 30% interest it did not already own in Air Products STB (Selangor Darul Ehsan, Malaysia) from its joint venture partner Sitt Tatt (Kuala Lumpur). Financial terms were not disclosed. Air Products STB has become a wholly owned Air Products subsidiary.
