Yara to buy Bunge’s Brazil fertilizer business

Yara International (Oslo) has entered into an agreement to acquire Bunge’s fertilizer retail business in Brazil. The proposed transaction is valued at $750 million and will be subject to the approval of the Brazilian competition authority, CADE; and other customary approvals.
