Symrise acquires Belmay’s fragrance activities

Symrise (Holzminden, Germany) says it has acquired the global fragrance business of Belmay Group (New York), an international developer and manufacturer of fragrances and perfume oils. Symrise is taking over Belmay’s entire fragrance customer and product portfolio, R&D department, and qualified specialists, as well as selected property, plant, and equipment.
