Solvay to rebalance soda ash capacities, expand at Green River

Solvay says it will restructure its worldwide soda-ash production capacities, including an increase in US production. Solvay plans to adjust operations in southern Europe and Mediterranean markets, and will announce plans by mid-2013. Further details were not disclosed.
