SK Capital Partners acquires Chemtura’s antioxidants unit

Private equity firm SK Capital Partners (New York) has reached an agreement to acquire Chemtura’s antioxidant (AO) and ultraviolet (UV) stabilizer solutions business—including manufacturing plants in the United States, France, and Germany—for $200 million.
