Rextac plans integrated PDH-PP facility in Texas

Rextac (Odessa, TX), a manufacturer of polypropylene (PP)-based adhesives, plans to build an integrated propane dehydrogenation (PDH)-PP facility adjacent to its petrochemical complex at Odessa, the company announced on 29 October. The project brings the number of new PDH units planned for North America to seven. The facility will consist of a 300,000-m.t./year PDH plant and two PP lines with more than 270,000 m.t./year of combined capacity.
