RPM Acquires Construction Manufacturer Viapol

RPM says it has acquired Brazilian building and construction materials maker Viapol (Caçapava, Brazil) for an undisclosed sum. Viapol has annual sales of about $85 million and will become part of RPM’s Euclid chemical group, part of its building solutions group.
