Petrobras Delays Comperj Petrochemical Project

Brazil’s state oil company, Petrobras (Rio de Janeiro), says plans for the Complejo Petroquimica Rio de Janeiro (Comperj) refining and petrochemical complex near Rio de Janeiro have been delayed, but it did not provide details on a revised start-up date. The company says it will also delay the start-ups of two separate refineries in northeastern Brazil.
