Oxiteno to expand R&D activities for oil, gas sector

Oxiteno (São Paulo) has initiated a project to expand its R&D activities for products serving the oil and gas sector. The expansion of a research center at Mauá, Brazil, will enable the company to reduce its use of technologies sourced from overseas and serve better the Brazilian market, the company says. The Brazilian government, through the Inova Brazil program of the Brazilian innovation agency, Finep (Rio de Janeiro,) is supporting the project.
