Lubrizol to build CPVC plant in Texas

Lubrizol says it will build a chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) resin and compounding manufacturing facility at Deer Park, TX. The company is investing about $125 million over a three-year period for the project. The project is part of a multi-phased expansion plan for its CPVC business, and the Texas facility is expected to be operational by the fourth quarter of 2014.
