Louisiana Petrochemical Production Cut by Isaac

Several petrochemical and refinery facilities in the coastal regions of Louisiana shut down or reduced operating rates in advance of Hurricane Isaac last week. The storm was officially a category one hurricane as it hit land in Louisiana, and as of CW press time on August 30, Isaac continued to cause flooding across southeast Louisiana plants.
