Koch completes acquisition of PetroLogistics

Flint Hills Resources (Wichita, KS), a subsidiary of Koch Industries, has completed its acquisition of propylene-maker Petro Logistics (Houston). Flint Hills has merged a propylene subsidiary into PetroLogistics and will operate the propylene facility at Houston as part of its chemical and refining business.
