KMG Signs Off on HPPC Purchase

KMG Chemicals (Houston) says it has completed its previously announced acquisition of the high-purity process chemicals (HPPC) business of Air Products for $70.3 million. The acquisition includes manufacturing facilities at Pueblo, CO and Milan.
