KMG Chemicals CEO announces resignation

KMG Chemicals president and CEO J. Neil Butler will resign from his executive and director positions, effective 10 July, the company’s board of directors announced late June. Christopher Fraser, chairman of KMG’s board, has been appointed interim CEO until a successor is in place. Butler joined KMG in 2004 as COO and in 2007 was named president, CEO, and member of the board.
