Elementis Signs 15-Year Lease at Bayer’s WV Site

Elementis Specialties (East Windsor, NJ) says it plans to lease 2.5 acres of land and 48,000 sq ft of building space at Bayer’s site in New Martinsville, WV. The facility produces additives and dispersants for water-based coatings. The lease’s term is 15 years, and includes expansion and renewal options.
